Our patients consider ACCESS to be their medical home and turn to us for a continuum of services provided directly by ACCESS or assured through partnerships with hospitals and services organizations.
Our quality standards, customer service approaches, and systems for health promotion and chronic disease management demonstrate critical advances in reducing racial and ethnic disparities in health.
Our employees find joy in their work and mutual respect in the workplace.

The ACCESS Difference: A National Model for Community Health Care
On-Site Specialty Care
ACCESS is the only federally qualified health center with specialists in low-income areas.
ER Strategies
ACCESS partners with local hospitals to link unattached ER patients to an affordable community health care home, reducing the number of inappropriate ER visits for primary care issues.
Research and Teaching
ACCESS is committed to staying on the front lines of issues affecting our patients by participating in research projects that address health disparities, examine inequities in the health care system, and examine ways to improve our quality of care. ACCESS also contributes to the development of young physicians through participation in a variety of medical intern and residency programs, with a special emphasis on preparing physicians for a career in community health medicine.
