Access Community Health Network is committed to providing quality and accessible health care to physically and developmentally disabled adults. ACCESS at Anixter Center is devoted exclusively to serving disabled adults. This specially equipped, fully accessible health center offers a trained, caring staff that provides disabled adults with comprehensive health and social services aimed at breaking down barriers and promoting the best possible health outcomes.

ACCESS at Anixter Center is fully handicap accessible with handrails throughout the health center. It is also equipped with special exam tables with remote controls, and special exam chairs for GYN exams. The health center also has a TTY line for information and making appointments as well as offers health care visits with sign language interpretation. ACCESS @ Anixter Center serves physically and developmentally disabled adults only.
Medicaid, Medicaid HMO, Medicare and most major health plans are accepted to cover the costs of medical care. A sliding-fee scale based on ability to pay is available for uninsured patients. Case management services are provided at no charge.
