Steven Glass has a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. He became the Chief Information Officer in 2004, after previously serving as the Vice President and Deputy Director of External Affairs. He gained the additional title of Performance Improvement Officer in 2006.
During his tenure at ACCESS, Steven has overseen the integration of ACCESS' Information Systems and business plans to address the organization's needs. To promote more efficient systems within the organization and to recognize ACCESS' renewed commitment to performance management, Steven will facilitate the replacement of all core applications of practice management; electronic medical records; enterprise resource planning; human resources information systems and networking services by 2010.
Prior to joining ACCESS, Steven served as a Practice Director at Triad Health Practice of Illinois Masonic Medical Center and as Supervisor, HIV Counseling, Testing, Referral & Partner Notification, at the Cook County Department of Public Health.
In his spare time, Steven serves as a member of the Village of Oak Park's Housing Programs Advisory Committee and volunteers for HIMSS and CHIME.
